The elegant Avian palace is home to the king and queen. Also home to the Council. Which in this case, is very important. The castle is covered in brilliant designs and patterns, making it stand out from all the markets and houses below. It's picturesque look is quite pleasing to the Avian eye, but to the Serpentie, it's just to fancy.

The Council:

A beautiful fountain is found here, and with it's sparkling water emitting from it, it's one of the most prized areas in the city. Surrounded by small houses, with only one room, this is typically a quiet spot, and is normally a good reading spot.

The library in which most avians come to read in peace. Plenty of books, and scrolls are found here. If there's any information needing to be found, the local librarian may be able to find it for you.

The desks are accorded with lovely design, as well as the ceilings, with stained glasses, and carved designs. A quiet place to just go and read, or study.

The serpentie's palace. It's quite large, and has very little design too it. Structured just as the Avian palace, this is home to the King and Queen, as well as the Serpentie Council. There's a large dance room, with a pedestal and everything for dance recitals, that schools, or just the palace dancers may perform for entertainment.

Unlike the Avians, in the Serpentie's City Square consists of a large stage, in which random citizens may appear upon that stage, and break out in dance moves. Another form of entertainment, and however some people may get boo'd off, many will be cheered on, for they may get joined, or cheers will just burst from the surrounding crowd.
